Award in Team Leading (4 Days)

The ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading is geared to women having – or preparing for – their first experience of management.

This course has four units dealing with the most challenging issues for new managers and team leaders:

• -  Developing yourself as a team leader
• -  Motivating the team to perform 
• -  Workplace communication
• -  Managing yourself

Plenty of time is set aside for tutorial support and for the additional business and employment skills sessions:

• Assertiveness
• Presenting a professional image
• Negotiating the promotion interview
