The ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management is designed for owner-managers and serving or aspiring supervisors who have little or no formal management training.

This course has 4 units, which we have chosen to respond to the first-line managers’ most immediate learning needs:

  • - Solving problems and making decisions
  • - Organising and delegating
  • - Managing performance
  • - Influencing others at work

 

 

 

 

There will be plenty of time for tutorial support and for the business and employment skills sessions:

  • Assertiveness
  • Networking
  • Presenting a Professional Image
